I felt confident as a key stakeholder in the renewal process as Shannon kept me up to date from start to finish. Any questions I had were quickly addressed or were forwarded to the correct person who would be best able to address them. In addition to her strong work ethic, she is very personable and always made me feel like I was her number 1 priority when we were communicating, even though I know she had other clients and obligations.
